Who we are looking for
Plumbers, contractors, and anyone ready to install the right way.
We are hiring a small, dedicated crew of 3 to 5 installers. Experience installing water systems, plumbing, or contracting is a strong plus, and if you have the right attitude and want to learn how to install our units properly, we will train you.
You might be a great fit if you
- Have installed water systems, or worked as a plumber or contractor
- Are handy, reliable, and take pride in a clean, finished job
- Are professional and respectful in a customer's home
- Want to learn our install process and do it right the first time
- Have reliable transportation and can work across the Austin area
What you will be doing
- Installing softeners, filters, reverse osmosis, and whole-home systems
- Working alongside our team on residential and commercial jobs
- Testing each system before you leave and cleaning up the work area
- Walking the homeowner through how their new system works
- Representing 360 Water Systems with quality craftsmanship
