How It Works

NAC Conditioning, Not Removal
NAC technology uses Filtersorb SP3 media to change the structure of hardness minerals instead of removing them. As water flows through, calcium and magnesium contact the media surface and form microscopic crystals that stay suspended and cannot adhere to pipes, fixtures, or appliances. The micro-crystals flow through your plumbing, so scale never gets a foothold while the calcium and magnesium stay in the water. No regeneration cycles, no salt, and no chemicals. Because it conditions rather than regenerates, there is nothing to run day to day.
Why homeowners choose it
A salt-free alternative
An alternative to traditional salt-based softeners that helps prevent scale, with no sodium added to your water.
Low effort, low impact
No salt to buy and minimal maintenance, without salt-based regeneration or brine discharge.
Installed for you
Our local team handles the installation, and with no power and no drain to route, there is nothing to operate day to day.
See the Difference at Home
Less scale on fixtures, spotless glassware, and clear water at every tap, with the minerals your water already carries left right where they belong.

Installation & Maintenance
The conditioner plumbs inline on your main water line with a 1 inch inlet and outlet, ideally after any sediment or carbon filtration. With no drain to route and no power to wire, installs are straightforward, and our local team handles them. Installation is quoted after your water analysis. Upkeep comes down to a simple annual inspection; the media conditions your water until it is due for replacement. For complete water treatment, pair the conditioner with sediment and carbon filtration.

Sizing
Which flow rate is right for you?
Flow rate (GPM, gallons per minute) sets the peak water demand this conditioner can supply without a pressure drop. Because a salt-free system conditions the hardness minerals rather than removing them, there is no grain capacity to size and no regeneration to schedule. You are sizing for the busiest moment in your home.
- 10 GPM. Sized for smaller homes with 1 to 2 bathrooms and roughly 1 to 3 people. Comfortably runs a shower and a sink at the same time.
- 15 GPM. Our most popular size, for 3 to 4 bathrooms and about 3 to 5 people. Handles two showers plus another fixture running together.
- 20 GPM. For larger homes with 4 or more bathrooms and 5 or more people, or light commercial spaces. Holds full pressure with several showers and appliances running at once.
Not sure? A shower uses about 2.5 GPM and a kitchen faucet about 2.2 GPM, so count the fixtures that might run at once. When you are between sizes, size up. A larger conditioner costs nothing extra to run because there is no salt, no power, and no regeneration, and it keeps contact time generous at peak demand. Tell us your number of bathrooms and we will size it for you.

Things to Know About the 360 Salt-Free Conditioner
What the conditioner actually does (and what it is not)
It helps reduce scale from moderately hard water (around 135 ppm) by changing how the minerals behave, not by removing them, so it is not a water softener. If your goal is true soft water with complete hardness removal, a conventional softener is the better choice. The conditioned water is safe to drink and, because it is salt-free, adds no sodium. On private well water, treat contaminants such as iron, manganese, sulfur, or organics before the conditioner to prevent media fouling.
Is it a filter? Does it remove contaminants?
No. Because it conditions minerals rather than removing anything, it does not filter chlorine, tastes, odors, or sediment, and it does not lower TDS. Any rated "lifespan" in gallons refers to how long the media keeps conditioning effectively, not how much it filters. In typical municipal water within the conditioner's limits (chlorine, iron, manganese, copper, pH), the media generally treats 500,000 to 600,000 gallons before it needs replacement.
How do I know when the media needs replacement?
There is no automatic exhaustion indicator; watch for scale starting to return on fixtures and appliances, or noticeable changes in water quality. You do not replace the whole unit. A rebed kit refreshes it and includes Filtersorb SP3 media, a funnel, a distributor tube cap, and silicone lubricant.
