Overview
About this system
Whole-home catalytic carbon filtration you monitor from your phone. It reduces chlorine, chloramine, and a wide range of common chemical impurities across every tap, then rinses its own media on a schedule so there are no cartridges to buy. Built in America.
How it works
One tank, treating and cleaning itself
A blended catalytic carbon bed treats water at the main line, reducing chlorine, chloramine, and many other chemical impurities while leaving your water's minerals in place. The smart valve backwashes the media on its own schedule, so the filter keeps working without cartridges.

Why homeowners choose it
Cleaner water, without the upkeep
Cuts the pool smell
Reduces chlorine and chloramine at the main line, so the swimming-pool smell is gone from the shower and the tap.

Installation & support
Installed by our team, simple to own

What It Needs
Standard 120V power and a nearby drain with an air gap for the self-cleaning cycle. No drain nearby? We confirm the right fit during your water analysis.
Warranty
10-year limited warranty on the tank and housing, parts only. See the specs above for full terms.
Support That Answers
Reach a real person on US phone support for sizing, installation, and service.
Low-Touch Ownership
No cartridges to swap. The media runs for years before a refresh, and the optional pre-filter is changed roughly once a year.
Sizing
Which flow rate is right for you?
For a whole-house filter, flow rate (GPM) is the peak service flow the media bed can treat while holding full pressure to every tap. A larger tank holds more media, treats more water at once, and backwashes less often. Match it to your home's size and busiest moments.
- 5 GPM. A compact tank for smaller homes with 1 bathroom and 1 to 2 people. Treats a tap or two at a time.
- 10 GPM. The typical single-family size, for 2 to 3 bathrooms and 2 to 4 people. Holds full pressure across normal household use.
- 15 GPM. For 3 to 4 bathrooms and 4 to 5 people, or homes with higher simultaneous demand. More media means longer runs between backwashes.
- 20 GPM. A large tank for four or more bathrooms, big households, or high peak flow. Maximum media volume and treatment capacity.
Not sure? A shower uses about 2.5 GPM and a washing machine 3 to 5 GPM, so add up the fixtures that might run together at your peak. When between sizes, size up for steadier pressure and longer media life. Tell us your number of bathrooms and we will size it right.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
Does a whole-home carbon filter reduce chloramine, or just chlorine?
It reduces both. It uses catalytic coconut-shell carbon with long contact time, the media class known to reduce chloramine where standard carbon and KDF fall short. To be straight with you, that is a proven media-class capability, not a third-party NSF chloramine certification. If chloramine is your main concern, call us and we will confirm it is right for your water.
Backwashing tank or cartridge filter, which is better?
A self-cleaning backwashing tank holds full strength longer and skips the cartridge swaps, while cartridge systems cost less upfront but need new cartridges every few months. The trade-off: a backwashing tank needs a nearby drain and a 120V outlet, and a cartridge system does not. For a whole home on city water with chloramine, the self-cleaning tank usually wins on both performance and long-term hassle.
Do I need a drain and an outlet for it?
Yes. The self-cleaning cycle needs a nearby drain with an air gap (floor drain, standpipe, laundry, or sump) and a standard 120V outlet. If you do not have a drain where the system goes, call us before ordering. In some homes a non-backwashing tank is the better answer, and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
Will it soften my water or take out fluoride?
No. This is a chemical filter, so it does not soften hard water and it does not remove fluoride. Carbon and a softener solve different problems: carbon handles chemicals, a softener handles scale and hardness. If you also have scale, pair it with a softener; if fluoride is your concern, that needs a separate system. Call us and we will map out the right combination for your home.
Which size do I need for my house?
It comes down to how many bathrooms you have and how many people run water at the same time. Choose a smaller size for smaller homes, a mid size for most households, and the largest for homes with several bathrooms running at once. If you are between sizes, call and a water expert will size it for you so your pressure stays strong.
