Overview

About this system

A whole-home sediment filter that captures dirt, sand, silt, and rust before they reach your fixtures, then cleans itself on a schedule and reports to your phone over Bluetooth.

How it works

A self-cleaning bed that catches particles, not chemistry

Water passes down through a graded filter-media bed rated to 5 microns, where suspended grit is trapped and clear water carries on to the house. On a set schedule the Bluetooth control valve reverses the flow to backwash the bed, lifting captured debris to drain so the media stays open and effective. This is a physical sediment filter. It captures particles and is not designed to reduce chlorine, taste, or hardness.

Why homeowners choose it

Clear water at every tap, with almost nothing to do

Clear water everywhere

Grit and cloudiness are captured before the water reaches your kitchen, baths, and laundry.

Protects your plumbing

Catching sediment early helps keep appliances, valves, and downstream systems running cleaner.

Life with the sediment filter

The everyday difference clear water makes

When sediment is captured at the point of entry, the change shows up at every fixture and every load, day after day.

Sizing

Which flow rate is right for you?

For a whole-house sediment filter, flow rate (GPM) is the peak service flow the media bed can treat while holding full pressure to every tap, catching the sand, silt, and rust before they reach your home. A larger tank treats more water at once and backwashes less often.

  • 10 GPM. The typical single-family size, for 2 to 3 bathrooms and 2 to 4 people. Holds full pressure across normal household use.
  • 15 GPM. For 3 to 4 bathrooms and 4 to 5 people, or homes with higher simultaneous demand and heavier sediment loads.

Not sure? A shower uses about 2.5 GPM and a washing machine 3 to 5 GPM, so add up the fixtures that might run together at your peak. When between sizes, size up for steadier pressure. Tell us your number of bathrooms and we will size it right.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is this difficult to install? I would like to try installing it myself.

For a homeowner with moderate plumbing experience, this is a practical do-it-yourself install. It ships with step-by-step instructions, and our technical support team is on hand to answer questions along the way.

What fittings are required for a 1 inch inlet and a 3/4 inch outlet?

The included fittings pack has a set of 1 inch NPT elbows and a set of 3/4 inch NPT straights. From those pipe threads, you adapt to your home's plumbing.

How long does the filter last, and how many gallons does it treat?

Media life depends on how much sediment is in your water. In typical conditions it treats from several hundred thousand to several million gallons before the media needs replacing.

Is the filter media replaceable?

Yes. You remove the control valve, empty the old media, and refill the tank with fresh media. Our support team can walk you through each step.

Not sure this is the right system?

Not sure which system fits? A quick water test shows what is in your water, and we will match the right 360 setup to your home.

How it works

01

Connect

Open the app while you are near the system and select it from the list.

02

Monitor

Check your dashboard for water flow, gallons treated, daily usage, and the next backwash.

03

Manage

Adjust a basic setting or start a backwash cycle on the rare occasion you need to.

Simple to use. Easy to monitor.

Your filter is designed to operate automatically. The app simply gives you a convenient way to view your system and reach the basic controls from your phone. There is nothing to watch day to day and nothing to adjust once your system is set up.

Advanced settings are configured at installation for your specific system and are best left at their recommended values.

Your installer or water professional can keep their service details in the app, so you always know who to contact if you need assistance.

App features require a Bluetooth enabled system and a phone within Bluetooth range of the filter. Backwash cycles are scheduled by the system based on its programmed settings. Screen shown is an illustration.
