Overview

About this system

The Bluetooth 360 Water Softener removes the calcium and magnesium that make water hard, so your home runs on soft water at every tap. Built in America.

How it works

Ion-exchange softening, managed by a Bluetooth control valve

Hard water passes through a bed of ion-exchange resin that captures calcium and magnesium and releases softness in their place. When the resin fills, the valve regenerates it with brine from the salt tank, then returns to service ready for the next demand. You check status and adjust settings from your phone, so the system stays tuned to your household without guesswork.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I know what size water softener I need?

Sizing comes down to two inputs: your water hardness and your average daily water usage. Together they set the grain capacity you need. Budget, space, plumbing size, peak flow rate, water source, and any other contaminants also factor in. Share your numbers and we will match you to the right flow rate.

Does soft water taste salty?

Almost never. The sodium added is proportional to the minerals removed, so on city water you are unlikely to notice any flavor. Very high-mineral well water can add a faint taste for sensitive palates. Pairing a reverse osmosis system with the softener removes that sodium at your drinking and cooking taps.

Is soft water bad for your water heater?

Soft water can wear a tank heater's sacrificial anode rod slightly faster, but modern corrosion-resistant rods largely offset this, and tankless heaters use no anode rod at all. The protection soft water gives your plumbing and appliances outweighs this minor consideration.

Does a water softener remove iron?

Only small amounts, and only under the right pH, hardness, and iron type, so a softener should not be relied on for iron. For iron, install a dedicated iron filter ahead of the softener, typically oxidation followed by a backwashing carbon-based filter.

Bluetooth Control & Monitoring From Your Phone

Your softener is built to run on its own. When you want to check in, open the app on your phone and connect to the system over Bluetooth for a clear view of how it is performing, how much water your home is using, and roughly how much salt is left in the tank. The settings you may actually want are right there, and nothing else asks for your attention.

Your whole system, on one screen

Connect from anywhere in the house and see exactly how your softener is working. No installer visit, no control panel, no guesswork.

  • See it at a glance

Current water flow, soft water remaining, and today's usage together in one view.

Optional salt tracking keeps an approximate level for you and can alert you when it runs low.

  • Set up once, then relax

Your installer programs the system at setup. The app is there for the few things you may ever want to change.

How it works

01

Connect

Open the app while you are near the system and select it from the list.

02

Monitor

Check your dashboard for water flow, remaining capacity, daily usage, and salt level.

03

Manage

Adjust a basic setting or start a regeneration on the rare occasion you need to.

Simple to use. Easy to monitor.

Your softener is designed to operate automatically. The app simply gives you a convenient way to view your system and reach the basic controls from your phone. There is nothing to watch day to day and nothing to adjust once your system is set up.

Advanced settings are configured at installation for your specific system and are best left at their recommended values.

Your installer or water professional can keep their service details in the app, so you always know who to contact if you need assistance.

App features require a Bluetooth enabled system and a phone within Bluetooth range of the softener. Salt level tracking is an optional convenience feature and does not affect how the softener operates. Screen shown is an illustration.
